You can request permanent deletion of your Color Formula Vault account and the information associated with it at any time.
Color Formula Vault is operated by Color Formula Vault LLC.
To request deletion of your Color Formula Vault account, send an email to:
Please send the request from the email address associated with your Color Formula Vault account and include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line.
We may need to verify your account before processing the request to help protect your information from unauthorized deletion.
When your account is deleted, we will permanently delete the account and data associated with it, including, as applicable:
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Once deletion is complete, your Color Formula Vault account, client records, formulas, notes, and photos cannot be restored.
If you have information you may need for your professional records, please export or otherwise save it before requesting account deletion.
We will begin processing your deletion request after verifying the request.
Data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Records marked for deletion are removed from our systems within 30 days.
Certain limited information may be retained for a longer period where required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other lawful purposes. Server and security logs may also be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your Color Formula Vault account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
To prevent future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account.
On your iPhone or iPad, go to:
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
Open Google Play and go to:
Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Uninstalling the Color Formula Vault app also does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are handled according to the applicable store's policies.
